This bulletin corrects the page in the Catalyst manuals with the Tower 100 Catalyst Plumbing Detail published prior to this. The drawing that was originally published had the hoses connected to the 3-way valve reversed. A couple of systems may have shipped with these hoses reversed. This would not allow the pump to pull properly from either the product tank or the rinse tank. It also allowed product to go from the product tank to the rinse tank. Note the instructions for the 3-way valve below for proper plumbing and use of the valve handle.
